Mr. Smith has managed technology environments supporting more than 26,000 users across 2,100 locations, led teams exceeding 120 technology professionals, and overseen annual budgets of more than $60 million. His expertise spans enterprise infrastructure, cloud strategy, telecommunications, outsourcing governance, vendor management, service delivery, project management, and organizational transformation.

A military veteran, entrepreneur, and business leader, Mr. Smith brings a unique combination of strategic vision, operational excellence, and hands-on leadership. In addition to his executive technology career, he has successfully built and operated multiple businesses, including co-founding a multi-million-dollar company, owning an antique business, and operating a youth football franchise.

Outside of his professional achievements, Thomas has been married for over 32 years, is the proud father of two grown children and grandfather of five grandchildren.
